Camila Sarpi launched her jewelry line in 2006, in São Paulo, Brazil.
An ever-growing wish to express herself through craftsmanship led her to jewelry making. She fell in love with the artisanal process of jewelry and traded a career in fashion in New York City for an entrepreneurial adventure in her native Brazil.
Camila soon moved from fine to fashion jewelry so she had more freedom to create gold plated pieces while maintaining the same level of quality and finish.
In 2008 she was invited to be part of a selection of Brazilian designers and artists for MoMA in New York. In 2011 she designed a collection of lighting fixtures that are best sellers until this day and has often collaborated with fashion designers.
She draws inspiration from nature, art, architecture or anything that may catch her eye. More than fifteen years later the brand’s key elements remain the same: original design with a sculptural touch, impeccable finish and casual elegance.
As Camila continues ahead of the creative direction the brand is evolving and from now on it will be just SARPI. Simple and chic, as always.
